Use Tasks for dates and priorities. Shopping and Grocery are simple checklists. Change an item’s list through Edit.
Focus views
Use the overview cards to jump between all open tasks, today, overdue, and upcoming work.
Find tasks fast
Use search or press Ctrl/Cmd + F. Try high, p:medium, or untagged.
Repeat automatically
Daily and weekly tasks advance to their next occurrence when completed.
Use offline
Open ToDo and sign in online once on this device. Your lists then save here offline and sync when you reconnect with ToDo open. Signing out removes this device’s copy.
Sync conflicts
If another device changes your lists, your unsynced edits stay here. Download your changes before choosing Use saved list. The original task list requires a connection.
